Computer Science and Engineering

This degree program prepares students for Advanced, Technical Computer Systems Design and Development Work. It includes the study of the Database Design, Data Communications, Procedural and Object Oriented Programming, Operating Systems Design, Algorithm Development and Applications of Artificial Intelligence. The curriculum includes basic course work in Electronics Technology and the Theory of Programming Languages. Students focus on developing computer-based solutions involving hardware and software components and integration. Graduates are qualified to work in a range of positions, from entry-level computer scientists and system engineers to project managers leading advanced applications of computer science to real-world problems. The department has since broadened its research strengths.

    • Organized CSIR(Rs.30,000)& DRDO(Rs.40,000/- ) sponsored two days National seminar on "A Modern Perception on Detection and Diagnosis of Brain Imaging using Simulation Techniques" held on 21st and 22nd August 2013 in Einstein College of Engineering.

    • Organized DRDO sponsored two days National seminar on "Research Avenues in Visual Cryptography" held on 09th and 10th February 2012 in Einstein College of Engineering.(Rs.25,000)
    • Organized CSIR(Rs.25,000)& DRDO(Rs.20,000/- ) sponsored two days National seminar on "Research Issues in Bio-informatics and Pattern Recognition" held on 18th and 19th August 2011 in Einstein College of Engineering.
    • Organized DRDO sponsored two days National Conference on "Crypt Analysis Techniques in Computer Hacking (CATCH '11)" held on 18th and 19th February 2011 in Einstein College of Engineering. (Rs.20,000/- )

    ASSOCIATION :

    • The Association of Computer Science and Engineering (ASTUTE) for the academic year 2014 - 2015 was inaugurated by Mr.I.Kather, Principal Consultant, Hexaware Technologies, and Chennai by the month of August, 2014.
    • The Association conducts various events like seminars, workshops
    • A one day National Level Technical Symposium "SMART EINSTEIN '15" was organized on 27.02.2015.

    CSI STUDENTS’ CHAPTER:

    • CSI Students' Chapter of Einstein College of Engineering received the Best Chapter National Award in the CSI Annual Convention by the month of December 2014 consecutively for the second time
